Blood+Stained Symphony ("BSS," "the game," "we") is a free, non-commercial fan work set in the world of Code Geass. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in association with Sunrise, CLAMP, Bandai Namco, or any other rights holder of Code Geass. All original writing, artwork, code, and design in BSS belong to its creator(s); the underlying characters and setting are used under fan-work norms and are the property of their respective owners.
By downloading, installing, or playing BSS, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't play the game.
BSS contains blood, violence, and other dark or mature themes. It is not intended for children. Player discretion is advised.
You're free to download and play BSS for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
BSS can optionally display your current progress (e.g. which Turn you're on) as your Discord activity status. This only happens if you have the Discord desktop app installed and running — the game does not create a Discord account link, does not require Discord to play, and sends nothing if Discord isn't open. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that involves.
We may update these Terms, change, pause, or discontinue development of BSS at any time, for any reason, without advance notice. Continued use of the game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
